Alex Liu, LPCC


Alex has over 12 years of experience supporting children, families, and communities through relational, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered care. He works collaboratively with clients to explore the roots of distress, understand the impact of stress and trauma, and build on personal, family, and community strengths that promote resilience and well-being. Skilled in evidence-based practices including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Alex has extensive experience in early childhood mental health, school-based mental health, clinical supervision, and interdisciplinary collaboration. His work reflects a deep commitment to cultural humility, authentic connection, and empowering clients toward lasting change. In his personal time, he enjoys listening to music, traveling, weightlifting, gravel biking, baking sourdough recipes and spending time on the lake.
